Equipment Review and selection process:
- Based on our extensive industrial experience and our strong links with various manufacturers, we can advise and assist customers in selecting key plant equipment.
- We have a number of customers that rely on our expertise in this area and use us as a sounding board before embarking on major capital expenditures.
- We can devise RFPs and RFIs in direct consultation with our customers
Skills Assessments:
- We have a comprehensive methodology for reviewing our customers’ skills/human capital capacity.
- We work closely with our customers to develop a skills roadmap that meets their current and future needs. We design skills retention strategies for our customers.
Maintainability Assessments
- For each piece of equipment we assign what we call a "complexity factor" based on our in-depth knowledge of complex plant
- We undertake a viability assessment by reviewing supplier contracts and logistical dependencies of critical plant to global factors
- We provide detailed reports on the maintainability of each plant to ensure that management plans appropriately for critical plant
